Introducing Tropidelica 26'! Our tropical IPA collaboration with Altstadt Brewery is back, same recipe, but with a twist this year: no dry hop. Brewed with the same blend of New Zealand and American hops and fermented to let the thiolized yeast do the heavy lifting, this version still delivers those signature dank, citrusy, and tropical flavors.
Brandon, our head brewer at Idle, once again teams up with his former head brewer Craig at Altstadt, continuing the tradition and connection that started it all. It’s still an ode to where it began, just a new expression of it.
Same Tropidelica, different approach. Cheers to collaboration, curiosity, and seeing what happens when you change one piece of the puzzle.
