Third Base

Third Base is our 3-year anniversary beer, and we figured year three deserved something a little excessive. This 10.2% Triple New Zealand IPA is loaded with Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Riwaka, and Pacifica hops, bringing huge notes of citrus, stone fruit, tropical fruit, and that unmistakable New Zealand hop character. Big in flavor and even bigger in ABV, but surprisingly smooth for its size. Three years in, we finally made it to Third Base.

Coupe De Ville

Coupe De Ville is the original Idle Hazy and still the brewer’s personal favorite. At 5.5% ABV, it’s loaded with Amarillo, Citra, and Mandarina Bavaria hops, bringing plenty of bright citrus, orange, and tropical character without being over the top. Soft, smooth, and easy-drinking with tons of hop aroma, Coupe De Ville has been here since the beginning and still holds a special spot in the lineup.

Lil' Spooky

Welcome back Lil' Spooky, Idle Beer’s signature Oktoberfest brew with a story as rich as its flavor. This Märzen-style lager, sitting at a solid 5.5% ABV, is more than just a beer. it's a nod to the early days of brewing with my buddy Jake, the one who first got me into the craft. Together, we brewed this recipe as homebrewers, and now it’s become a staple at Idle, embodying those nostalgic nights tinkering with malts and hops. Smooth, malty, and just a little bit mysterious, Lil' Spooky is an ode to the journey and to friendship. brewed for everyone who appreciates where it all began. Cheers to traditions, old and new!

Depp's Kryptonite

Depp’s Kryptonite is our take on a classic Amber Ale, pouring a beautiful copper hue with a smooth balance of malt and hops. Caramel and subtle nutty notes lead the way, followed by just enough hop bitterness to keep everything in check. Rich without being heavy and easy to drink, it’s an Amber that doesn’t need any unnecessary drama to keep things interesting.

Brutus Maximus

Brutus Maximus is the bigger, bolder brother to Brutus. At 8.6% ABV, this Brut Hazy Double IPA is packed with bright citrus and floral hop character wrapped in a soft, hazy body. Smooth, aromatic, and incredibly drinkable, it takes everything that made the original a favorite and turns it up just enough to earn the name Maximus.

Northstar

Northstar is our easy-drinking Blonde Ale inspired by the legendary Cadillac engine of the same name. Brewed with German Pilsner malt and traditional German hops, it pours crisp, clean, and refreshing with a light malt character and subtle floral finish. Simple, balanced, and endlessly drinkable, Northstar is the kind of beer that's just as comfortable on a patio as it is your go-to pint after a long day.

Beach Please

Beach Please is our take on a classic West Coast IPA. At 7.4% ABV, it's clean, crisp, and loaded with Azacca, Mosaic, and Ekuanot hops. Bright citrus and grapefruit lead the way, backed by floral aromatics and a touch of tropical fruit. It finishes dry with a firm bitterness that keeps you coming back for another sip. No haze, no gimmicks; just a solid West Coast IPA.

Mad's Crystal Hef

We flirted with the idea of making it “low-carb,” then remembered we’re a brewery, not a lab, so we focused on what actually matters: flavor, balance, and having more than one without thinking too hard about it. Dad Bod is here for good vibes, long hangs, and not taking yourself too seriously.
